Kale Recipe using the 'PARM' Pecans

INGREDIENTS ON THE MEAL DOCKET: 
1 BUNCH KALE, STEMMED
2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
1/8 TEASPOON SEA SALT
1/8 CUP LEMON JUICE
1/8 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
1 LARGE CLOVE GARLIC
1-2 HANDFULS CRANBERRIES / CRANRAISINS
CUT THE KALE INTO STRIPS 1/4"
IN A MINI FOOD PROCESSOR COMBINE THE OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE, SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC TO MAKE THE DRESSING
  
POUR THE DRESSING OVER THE KALE AND MASSAGE THE DRESSING INTO THE KALE WITH YOUR HANDS FOR 30-60 SECONDS
SPRINKLE THE DRIED CRANBERRIES AND THE 'PARM' PECANS
OVER THE KALE
VOILA!
